Need something RSS does not do yet? Paying subscribers can request custom additions or changes.
Custom requests policy
Repair Service Soft is not custom software (if it were, it would not be as affordable as it is), but custom additions and changes are possible.
The GB Systems team will decide whether the requested features are feasible and whether they help the software grow, without making it unnecessarily complicated to use.
- We will tell you whether the new features have a development cost.
- If there is a development cost, you pay for it only once. Your subscription price stays the same after the new features are added.
- Preparing an estimate for custom features can take our development team several hours, so the estimate has a small cost. That cost is deducted from the final price if you approve the development, and it is not refunded if you do not.
Please use this form only if you already have a paid subscription. Requests from accounts without a subscription will not be considered.
