1. Information we collect

• Demo requests: when you request a demo through the Demo form, we ask for personal data and data about the company you work for, if any.
• Contact: when you write to us through the Contact page, we ask for your name and email address.
• Purchasing a subscription: to purchase a subscription we ask for some personal data and, if you pay by card, your card details. Payments are processed by an internationally recognized third-party company (2Checkout, formerly Avangate). GB Systems does not have access to your card information, such as the card number or expiration date.
• Using the software with a subscription: while using RSS you enter your company's management information, such as customers, work orders and payments.
• Using the software in demo mode: the information handled is the same as with a paid subscription, except that you may enter fictitious data, since the purpose is to test the software.

We also automatically receive and record technical information about your computer and browser, such as your IP address, software and hardware attributes and the page you requested. We use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the website is used.

2. How we use the information

We use the information to provide the best possible service, in particular to keep a record of users and orders, and to improve our products and services. We may send you emails with news, reminders, special offers and other information we consider relevant to you. These emails are sent to the address you provide, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Information entered in the RSS software is only accessed by GB Systems staff when there is a technical need or at the express request of the customer. We know how valuable this information is for our customers, and we protect it accordingly.

We do not provide or sell, for free or for a fee, databases with our customers' data or with the information our customers enter in the RSS software to any outside company or person.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties without your consent, unless it is necessary to fulfill a request or transaction. This does not include trusted third parties who help us operate our website or run our business, as long as they agree to keep this information confidential.

We may disclose user information to the relevant authorities only when necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our terms of use, or when required by law.
